Malicious Trap

Malicious Trap is a short roadside encounter for fantasy tabletop RPGs.

Designed for Game Masters who need a quick, self-contained event during travel, this module presents a desperate cry for help, a concealed pit trap, hidden ambushers, and several ways for players to notice, avoid, confront, or reverse the situation.

This encounter can be inserted into an ongoing campaign with minimal preparation. It includes scene description, ambush setup, trap guidance, enemy behavior, possible player choices, consequences, and quick GM notes.
